Have you ever felt like you’re broken? Like your mind does not work correctly and wondered if there’s something wrong with you. Maybe you’ve thought and felt you’re crazy or mentally ill, or doomed even?

I pose this question to Frank, and we go into a discussion about how thought and emotion create our reality, and none of us are ever really broken. Maybe the way we think is broken because we aren’t thinking for ourselves, but none of us are broken.

Frank discusses how we can begin to become aware of our thinking and feeling patterns as the first step in achieving peace of mind. By seeing the way we think and feel we can eventually change the way we think and feel so that we may enjoy our lives more, experience more peace and become the best humans we can be, the humans we want to be.

In this episode Frank introduces emotional writing, the technique he developed that allows us to release negative emotions and self reflect so that we may experience the lives we’ve always wanted to.
